Australian Company registration
Once your Australian company is registered, you’ll receive the following
official ASIC documents.
Your Australian Company Number
Your ACN created by ASIC, is required for Australian businesses.
ASIC Certificate of Incorporation
We'll give you the original ASIC text, which you can use to open a bank account for your company.
Share Certificates
Officialize your ownership. For each shareholder, we'll give you a certificate.

You'll need to keep track of your directors' information, including their names, addresses, and dates of birth. One must reside in Australia at the very least. You may also register the information of your company secretary.
A unique name is required for every registered business. We'll assist you in determining if the name you want is available here. Also, keep in mind that a company name is different from a business name.
